Right, so my first batch of home brewed beer is now complete. At first I thought it tasted a little too sweet, but I think I just may have been drinking entirely too much Bud Light that day. Stupid football for making me drink gross beer! Anyway, I've had a few glasses the past two days and I'm really liking not only the flavor but the drinkability of it. It's actually really thirst quenching... which could be a bad thing. I just downed an entire pint of it in three sips cause I was thirsty. I'm going to have to make sure to keep a few bottles of this around for when the summer rolls around. Anyway here's my breakdown: Style: American Wheat Name: Joogle's Whack-Attack Wheat Wonder Carbonation Level: Good. Pours with a nice head. Color: Golden Flavor: Has a mild sweetness to it, but otherwise pretty good. Very drinkable Smell: Nice, hints of fruit. Lemon mostly. Overall: I'd like to think for my first time this is a success. I can defiantly remember drinking much much worse. Gotta keep some around for the summer. I really need to take a better shot if this. But this will do for now. Tags: beer, home brewed
